Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Depth ("the App") is a desktop application that provides real-time match intelligence for Valorant. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights as a user.
2. Information we access
Depth accesses the following data solely to provide its core functionality:
- Valorant local client data: reads from Valorant's local lockfile and in-game API to determine your current game state (lobby, queue, agent select, live match). This data never leaves your device.
- Player names and tags: used to query the Riot Games API for rank and match history for players in your lobby.
- Rank and match history: fetched via the Riot Games API for players in your lobby.
3. Information we do not collect
Depth does not collect, store, transmit, or share:
- Your Riot account credentials or authentication tokens
- Personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details
- Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry of any kind
- Any data to our own servers. There is no backend.
4. Riot Games API
Depth retrieves player rank and match data via the official Riot Games API. Player names and tags are sent to Riot's servers as part of standard API requests. Please review Riot Games' Privacy Notice for information on how they handle data.

5. Data storage
All data retrieved by Depth is held in memory only for the duration of your session. No data is written to disk, transmitted to external servers operated by us, or persisted between sessions.
6. Children's privacy
Depth is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements to play Valorant as defined by Riot Games. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
