1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Depth ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Depth is a free desktop application that provides real-time match intelligence for Valorant. It reads data from the Valorant local client API and retrieves player rank and match information via the official Riot Games API.
3. Permitted use
You may use Depth solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:
- Use the App in accordance with Riot Games' Terms of Service and policies
- Not use the App to harass, target, or harm other players
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App for malicious purposes
- Not use the App to gain an unfair competitive advantage in violation of Riot's rules
4. Riot Games API and policy
Depth uses the official Riot Games API to access player rank and match data. This App is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games. Use of this App must comply with Riot Games' Terms of Service. Riot Games reserves the right to change its API policies at any time, which may affect the functionality of this App.
Depth only accesses data through official Riot Games API endpoints and does not circumvent any Riot Games security measures.
5. Intellectual property
Depth and its source code are proprietary. All rights are reserved by the developer. Valorant, its trademarks, artwork, and associated intellectual property are owned by Riot Games, Inc. Depth makes no claim to any Riot Games intellectual property.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of Valorant. Riot Games may change its client API at any time, which may break App functionality without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Depth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to account actions taken by Riot Games.
8. Account risk
While Depth is designed to operate within Riot Games' published API policies, you use the App at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding the App's compliance with future Riot Games policy changes. You are solely responsible for your Riot Games account.
9. Modifications to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
